Messrs Hoadley and Son advertise that they have been instructed by Maurice Mason, Esq., to offer by public auction at the Protestant Hall, Hastings, on Friday, August 22nd, the property in Heretaunga street tKCijpied before the recent tire by Messrs Williams and Kettle. Messrs (Joyce, Moore and Co., advertise that they will sell at their Saturday sale, a spring cart mare, a harness horse, a bay hack and an aged horse, besides a quantity of furniture, etc. The date for the closing of the tenders invited by Mr J. H, Cartwright, for the erection of four shops at the corner of Heretaunga and Warren streets, for Messrs Ebbett and Kilford, has been altered to Thursday, August Ist.
