JHtThe chief underground railways, motor and horse omnibus companies, have resolved to form a London Passenger Traffic Board to consider the question of* remunerative fares. Two hundred and ten motor omnibuses have been withdrawn from the service, it being alleged that a penny a mile is necessary to ensure a profit. Eight hundred and fifty omnibuses are *till running in the London street area. The Street Noise Abatement Committee allege that motor omnibus and traction engine traffic has depreciated London house property six millions sterling.
