WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY.
London, July 23. Mr Henniker Heaton appealed to Mr Buxton to postpone his adhesion to the wireless telegraphy convention held at Berlin. The " Times " suggests the convening of a subsidy Imperial conference to inquire into the suggestions ot the convention, so that the Empire may act as a corporate whole in deciding whether to adhere or to abstain.
