Per Fress Association) Wellington, August 17A notice appears in the Gazette stating that a proclamation was made by the Queen on December 27th warning persons against aid to the South African Dutch Repuhlics in hostilities and against trading with them. There being reason to believe that some terms of this proclamation have been, or may be, infringed In New Zealand, the Governor again draws attention to the proclamation, which is of general appreciation to British subjects all the world over, and also to foreigners resident in any part af the Queen's dominions.
