[TO THE EDITOR.] Sib, —If the facts in niy former letter are formed into a cap by Mr Quigley, and he chooses to wear it, it is not for me to. deny him that questionable honor, and. if it sits jauntily on his noble forehead it is not for me to doff it. However, he appears to have been a little out of breath over tho matter. Possibly if he would think for awhile other things that could be mentioned might kayo been used as a lining for tho hat,-—I am. &0., ' ’ C7.IMAX.
