It is most conveniently situated, being about II miles from the Port of Gisborne, by a good level buggy road. A considerable part of the Freehold is rich alluvial Flat, equal in quality to any Land in the Poverty Bay District, which is well known as the most fertile in New Zealand. The remainder is good hilly Limestone and Papa country. The whole ie well Watered. The Leasehold can be converted into a Freehold without much difficulty, and at a moderate price.
