TRIPLE ALLIANCE.
ITALIAN PBEMIEB ON THE ALLIANCE FALSE RUMOURS. London, October 28. Signor Crispi in a speech delivered at Turin deprecated the rumours that Itlay is hostile to France. He contended that the alliance of the three countries which were in accord with England, was not meant as a menace to other powers. The alliance would tend to develop autonomy in the Balkan provinces, and would guarantee* unimpaired liberty to the Church of Borne, he therefore claimed that they should be treated with respect in return. He stated that the central Powers have agreed to develop local autonomy in the Balkan nations as far as existing treaties will permit. The speech has produced a great impression at St Petersburg.
