He sustained concussion of the brain. He was taken to the hospital. Ultimately the young fellow lost his senses, and had to be committed to the lunatic asylum, where he at present remains. It ie understood that Hulme has noteven visited or enquired after the young man since he so unceremoniously brought his head into contact with the pavement.
