BULGARIAN THRONE. REFUSAL OF THE POWERS TO RECOGNIZE FERDINAND. LoSooS, August 24. News from Sofia is very serious. The German and French Governments have broken off relations with the Bulgarian Government on account of Prince Ferdinand having gone to Sofia without the consent of the Powers.
