Be just and tear not; Let all the ends thou alm'et at bo thy country’, Thy God's, and truth's.
It is sstis itctory to see that Mr Locke has decided to address the electors next week. He should have done so before this, for the electors could scarcely expect the other candidates to address them before Mr Locke had first rendered an account of his stewardship. So far the preliminaty electioneering has been of a very tnild nature, but now that the war of words is about to commence, proceedings will doubtless become a trifle more lively.
