PEACE RESTORED, (Pbb San Fbancisoo Mail.) The latest news is that King Kalakaua signed a new constitution on the 6th of July, and all is now peaceful. On the advice of the new Ministers, Premier Gibson and his son-in-law Hasleton, who had been confined to the Premier's house under military surveillance, were arrested and put in gaol. The day before the steamer left they were brought up on the charge of squandering public money, and were remanded. The Hon.
