State Aided Colonization.
London, July 1. The Committee of the House of Commons which was appointed to inquire into the feasibility of state-aided colonization have sent in. a report in which they propose the Government should assist a private colonization scheme by guaranteeing the Interest on the loan raised for the purpose.
