THE BEW JAY BRIDGE, AFGHAN AFFAIRS. London, June 13. Lord Salisbury has announced his opinion that the Suez Canal should be open to all parties at all times. The Ameer of Bokhara is tempting the Afghan rebels to enlist under his standard. The German Lloyds Company have offered to run a line of steamships between Vancouver and China.
