R.M. COURT.
FRIDAY, JUNE 10th. (Before C. D. Bennett and E. K. Brown Eeqrs., J.P’a.) The only Civil ease wae— Peteba Honsatapo v. Hobuxa Tcima. This case was adjourned until Friday, the 17th, to allow ot the return of the R.M. The two Native Assessors were present, but they can only act with an U.M., so an adjournment was necessary. Police v. James ReabdoX. Accused was charged with obtaining goods of the vnlue of £2 19s by false pretences from Messrs Teat and Friar, in the name of hia former employer, J. J. Ford. He was found guilty, and was sentenced to two months imprisonment with hard labor in Napier gaol.
