HOW GOERING CHEATED HANGMAN
BERLIN, November 11. A German journalist supplied the poison capsule that Hermann Goering swaHowed on the eve of his hanging, according to a Munich newspaper. Naming a “reliable source”, the newspaper stated: “Just before the end of the Nuremberg trial, a German jouinalist entered the courtroom before the opening of the day’s session and pretended to study defence counsels documents. While thumbing through them he fastened the. poison capsule with a niece of chewing gum under the seat’ occupied by Goering .
