HOLIDAY TRAIN TRAVEL Advance Booking Arrangements. From 14th. November, 1949 to 14th. January, 1950 applications for reserved seats and sleeping berths will be accepted as under:— Outward Journeys: As usual, i.e., up to four weeks in advance of travel date at stations from which trains commence their journey, and four weeks plus two days at other stations. Return Journeys: if the return journey is to be made within four weeks of commencement of the outward journey, but not later than 14th. January, 1950, return reservation may be applied for at the time outward reservation is arranged. For journeys to be made after 14th. January, 1950, the usual arrangements will be reverted to.
