Filipino Kills Four Persons in U.S.
NEW YORK, November 3 A Filipino ranch hand, Henry Pio, aged 37, shot dead four persons near Santa Rosa, California. The victims included his former sweet-heart and her husband, whom she married a week ago. The police said that Mrs. Louise Howard, aged 27, who lived with Pio until recently, and her husband, Clyde Howard, aged 23, went to Pio’s, cabin to get some of her belongings. They had an argument and Pio, grabbing a shotgun killed the pair and Mrs. Maria Silvas, a sister of Mrs. Howard. Pio then went down the road to the cabin of Tony Abaya, a brother of the dead women, and killed him as Abaya opened the door.
