M.P. ACCUSED OF HEADING GANG OF PARIS ROBBERS

PARIS, Nov. 3 A few moments after he had been stripped of his Parliamentary immunity in the French National Assembly, one-armed war-time Resistance hero and Right Wing deputy, Antione de Recy, was arrested on charges connected with a 100,000,090 franc Treasury bond robbery. The bonds were stolen earlier this year from the City Treasury of Arras in Northern France. Three alleged members of a gang which staged the robbery were arrested during the summer and the local public procsecutor named 36-year-old de Recy as the leading member oil the gang. He could not be arrested sooner because of his immunity as a member of the Assembly. To-day police were posted at all doors of th? Assembly and de Recy was arrested as he walked out.
