U.S. HOTEL MAGNATE
(Rec. 9.5). NEW YORK, October 12. The controlling interest in the famed -Waldorf Astoria Hotel, in New York, has been bought for three million dollars by the “hotel czar”, Mr Conrad Hilton. He has added it to his chain of twelve hotels stretching across the United States.
