BIGAMY ADMITTED
WELLINGTON', Oct. 12
A sequel to an anonymous telephonei call to the police was the appearance in the Magistrate’s Court of George Frederick Musgrove, aged 54, engineer, on a charge of bigamy. H e pleaded guilty and was committed by Mr J. S. Hanna, S.M., to the Supreme Court for sentence. Senior-Detective Gibson told of an anonymous informant. Accused had admitted he had married in London in 1910 and gone through a form of marriage with another woman in Wellington in 1926. Evidence was given that the accused and the woman he “married” in 1926 had separated by 1 mutual agreement in 1945.
