Maltese Labour’s Stand Against British Policy
VALETT’A, Oct. 9
The Maltese Labour Party’s general conference voted “no confidence” to-day in the party leader and Prime Minister, Dr Paul Boffa. The motion of no confidence was proposed by the deputy leader, Mr DomMintoff, and was carried by 244 votes to 141.
Dr Boffa has expressed his intention to carry on the Government despite his virtual dismissal from the Labour Party.
