CANADIAN LABOUR LEAVES W.F.T.U.
OTTAWA, Oct. 8
The convention of the Canadian Congress of Labour to-day voted to withdraw from the World Federation of Trade Unions. The vote was followed by boos and shorted threats from Left Wing meffibers. The convention adopted the executive board’s annual report, which not only took the Canadian Congress of Labour out of the Communist-dom-inated world federation, but expelled the Left Wing Mine and Millworkers’ Union from the congress.
