INMAN PRINCE’S SUIT FOR NEARLY HALF A MILLION
(Rec 9.55) LONDON, October 4. A writ for t.he repayment of nearly half a million pounds sterling has been tak’en out by a firm. of London solicitors, on behalf of the Nizam of Hyderabad, against his former fiancee and Foreign Minister, the Nawab Moin Nawaz Jung, who is at Lake Success.
According to the case for the Nizam, the Nawab Moin was entrusted with a total of over £431,000 sterling, this sum being placed in a joint account, held by the Nawab Moin and Mr Zahir Ahmed, the Secretary of the Hyderabad External Affairs Department. The Nizam now requires repayment to himself of this sum.
