PARIS, Sept 25. Reginald Harris, of Manchester the world professional cycling spnffi. champion may be seen in New Zealand at the end of next year. He said ho had turned down an invitation to tour Australia because the promoters had not offered sufficient security. He had been invited to visit New Zealand from November, 1950 to March, 1951, and if conditions were more favourable than those from Australia, he would be pleased to accept.
