CANCER CURE IS PREDICTED
MELBOURNE, September 19 Professor W. E. Guy, a leading world authority on cancer, said that a new discovery had been made and that a cure for cancer was only a matter of time. . ~ ■> Professor Guy, who is attending a medical conference and who then proposes to take a holiday here, said that he and his wile. Dr. James Craigie, of Toronto, and Dr. A. M. Begg, of Dunedin, recently madq a discovery in London that cancer was virus. This discovery had revolutionised cancer research and scientists could now turn over a new leaf and start looking for a cure. The answer most likely would be a drug like penicillin to kill the cancer virus, he added. The cure would most likely be discovered in the United States, where millions of dollars were being spent in the search. _
