LONDON, Sept. IS. The Russian Foreign Minister, M. Vyshinsky, said today that he viewed the present world situation with optimism, reports the United Press Frankfurt correspondent. M. Vyshinsky arrived in Frankfurt bv air 7his way to New York, where he will attend' the United Nations General Assembly meeting. , “I am alwavs an optimist,” he said. He declined to make any further comment on international affairs.
