Compulsory Land Conservation in Rhodesia
, BULAWAYO,. Aug. 18. Southern Rhodesian farmers who ; onsistently refuse to use soil conservation methods will be prosecuted under a bill going before Parliament. A new Natural Resources Board will have the power to order farmers to take measures to conserve their lands.
