WELLINGTON, Aug 19. An anti-cyclone extends from the Tasman Sea onto New Zealand. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Saturday is for moderate winds from a westerly quarter. Some scattered showers but weather mainly fair to cloudy and cool. Further outlook: becoming unsettled.
