p.A. OAMARU, March 23. Although conditions were cold in the - early stages of the Oamaru Jockey Club’s autumn meeting, an improvement was seen later in the day. A small attendance vzitnessed the first race, but as the programme advanced, the attendance swelled. The totalisatoi’ £27,516, compared with £21,008 10s for the same day last year, an increase of £6507 10s.
