COMMUNISTS HAVE FREE HAND IN CHINA
WASHINGTON, March 22. Major-General. David Barr,, Jiead of the United States Military Advisory Board in China, told the Senate i Foreign Relations Committee to-day I that the Chinese Communists could ; take over all China whenever they wished. He said the Communist armies were surprised by their own rapid advances and did not move south of the Yantze because they did not want to take the administrative responsibility for all China at present. General Barr said the Chinese people were weary of war and had little will to resist the Communists. THE TURF
