Trade Conference in France Next Month

WELLINGTON, March 23. The Minister of Customs, the Rt. Hon. W, Nash, announced the New Zealand delegation to the third session of the contracting parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade at Annecy, France, on April 8, as follows: — Messrs J. P. D. Johnsen, assistant comptroller of customs, who will be leader; L. S. Nicol, official representative in London of the Customs Department; A. R. Low, Reserve Bank; G. J. Schmitt, Treasury. Mr H. E. Davis, representative in London of the New Zealand Dairy Products Marketing Commission, will assist. The Annecy meeting will be precided by a meeting in London of representatives of the Commonwealth Governments.
