(Rec. 9.25) LONDON, Feb. 25 The terms of the Israeli-Egyptian armistice are officially regarded in Tel Aviv as being a great Israeli diplomatic victory. Reporting this last night “The Times” correspondent at Tel Aviv added that half of the Negev is now looked on as being part of Israel, and the other half of the Negev is confidently expected to be included in a Jewish state if agreement is reached in armistice talks with 'Transjordan, which is due to begin on Monday.
