INDIA'S PRECAUTIONS AGAINST COMMUNISTS
BOMBAY, February 22. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Patel, said that the arrest of about 600 Communists in the past three days was a precautionary' measure. “We wouldn’t lock people up unless we had reliable information tha 1 their intention was not only' strikes but disruption. dislocation, and sabotage.” he added.
