U.S. ARMY OFFICIAL TO RESIGN OFFICE
WASHINGTON, Feb. 19. The White House to-day announced the resignation of Major-General William Draper as Under-Secretary of the Army. He will leave the Government service on February 28 to enter private business. General Draper was appointed to his present post in October. 1947.
