W.F.T.U. LEADER’S CHARGE AGAINST GREEKS
PARIS, Feb. 21 M. Louis Saillant, secretary of the General World Federation of Trade Unions, said the Greek trade union leader, Paparigas, who was found hanged in a prison cell in Athens yesterday, was “assassinated by orders of the Greek Government.” M. Saillant is going to Lake Success to present the whole Greek trade union case before the United Nations. “We do not believe the . Greek Government version of suicide. We aie sure he was assassinated. The Green Government never meant that Paparigas should come to trial.”
