PALESTINE ARMISTICE NEGOTIATIONS

Israeli and Egyptian delegates agreed on armistice terms which have been referred to Cairo, says an Associated Press correspondent at Rhodes, quoting an authoritative source. It is learned that the drafting of a formal document is to begin immediately. STARVING ARABS (N.Z.P.A.—REUTER CABLE) (Rec. 9.5). CAIRO, February 20. Five mobile dairies, or “milk mobiles”, have been given by the British Middle East Mission to the United Nations Palestine Refugees’ Organisation. They will be used for the distribution of milk to the women and children in the outlying districts near Gaza, where there are about two hundred thousand refugees.
