LONDON, Feb. 17.
Lieutenant-Colonel S. Momcilovitch, head of the Yugoslav Restitution Mission in Germany, has disappeared after receiving a recall home. The Colonel was said to be anticommunist.
Official quarters have refused to make any statement, but it is reliably reported that the colonel had declared himself a political refugee.
