LABOUR PARTY CAUCUS DISCUSSES WAGE QUESTION

WELLINGTON, February 18. The industrial situation and international affairs will be discussed by a caucus of the Parliamentary Labour Party to-day. The first meeting of the caucus since the end of the last session of Parliament started yesterday, when some of the subjects discussed were the general wage situation and the progress of the Government Service Tribunal Act. i The caucus has approved the Government attitude in relation to the Public Service, and has also endorsed the action taken by the Government concerning the “Holmes letter”.
