Hauiti, Hokitika, early. Matthew Flinders, Melbourne, early. NOTES The depth of the bar at high water yesterday was 27ft Gins. The Piri sailed yesterday morning with explosives for Dunedin. The Gabriella sailed _ yesterday afternoon with coal for Miramar. The Poolta is exnected to sail today with coal for Wellington. The Karepo is discharging general cargo from Auckland. On completion she will load coal and posts for Gisborne. and will sail to-day. The Holmlea is expected to sail tomorrow with coal for Wanganui.
The Matthew Flinders is due to leave Wellington on Friday for Greymouth and may arrive on Saturday. She will load timber for Australia. The Hauiti is expected on Friday with cargo from Wellington. She will later go on to Hokitika to discharge and load posts.
