(Rec. 11.10). MELBOURNE, Oct. 28. Acceptances for principal events on the opening day of the V.R.C. spring meeting on Saturday next, October 30, are as follows:—

Cantala Stakes, of £2000: Attley 9.10, St. Fairy 8.7, Beau Gem 9.6, Noble Prince 8.13, Beau John 8.8, Fine Fettle 8.6, Bernbrook, Filipino 8.1, High Production, Solvive, Ungar 8.0, Law Case 7.13, Monte Cassino 7.7, Solyman 7.3.
