(Rec. 10.0) ‘OTTAWA, Sept. 2 The Canadian Department of External Affairs has warned the Canadians to-day against attempts by persons m the Soviet-dominated regions of Europe to obtain strategic information auout Canada by mail. A spokesman of the Department said that one man in Vienna had written to Canadian outposts in- the Arctic seeking for postcards showing harbour views, in exchange for ones of scenes in Vienna. Other requests were made for road maps, and for tourist information, , „ The Canadian warning has followed a similar caution issued in Washington last week. <
