Man Nearly Cut in Two by Propeller

(Rec. 10.0; SYDNEY, May 9 A man was cut almost in two at Nabiac aerodrome near Taree, when attempting toswing the propeller or a twin engined Avro Anson plane. He was killed, instantly. The police were told that the pilot had difficulty in starting the engines, and that a garage proprietor was sent for. The pilbt did see the accident, but when the engine stopped, again, he climbed from the cockpit and found the body of the garage proprietor lying under the wing.
