A merger of secretaries
WELLINGTON, June 26. The Chartered Institute of Secretaries of j O i n t stock companies and other public bodies has merged with two Australian secretarial bodies, the Australasian Institute of Secretaries, and the Institute of Incorporated Sectaries. The last-named two will cease to exist and there will be branches of the Chartered Institute in all the main centres of Australia and New Zealand. h. Bass, president of the New Zealand division of the Australasian Institute said that the merger was exp ected to strengthen the status of secretarial work.
