(Oui Own Correspondent) Mrs Streetly is spending a holiday at Dunedin. Mrs J. Worgan has been here visit'ing her parents, Mr and Mrs W. Jack. Mr J. Walker, who was here recently for the wedding of his brother, is now at Dunedin on a visit to his parents before returning to the North Island. Miss Muriel Braggins is spending a vacation at Westport. Mrs J. Allan and daughter, of Runanga, recently paid a visit here to Mr and Mrs J. Allan, senr The local Pirates beat Millerton a* Millerton last Saturday by 6 to 3 at football. Miss Maide Meek, of Christchurch, is spending a fortnight’s holiday here with her parents, Mr and Mrs J. Meek. Mr and Mrs T. Dick, of Dobson, oaid a brief visit to Denniston recently. The Labour Party held a bazaar in the R.S.A. rooms last week.
