At the Nelson Land Board’s meeting, there were present Messrs D. N. Webb (Chairman), J. O’Regah, G. L Mead, J. Ward and C. P. Reilly. Under Section 144 of the Land Act, 1524, H. A. Public Trust to Maud M. Raffle (Burnett’s Face), Sect. 1037, West port Colliery Reserve, 32 pchs., S. Wheatley to D. J. Fountaine. It was decided to cancel O.L. 788, Seddonville (lrd. 3pchs), the Board being prepared to grant a year-to-year license to the licensee of the Seddonville Hotel at an annual rental of 15s.

Surrender of PL. 552, Section 18, Block 11, Ohika S.D., 44ac. by Charles and Edward Walsh was accepted. The Board also dealt with seventeen items in committee.
