TRAFFIC OFFENCES AT ■ GREYMOUTH. The following traffic offences were dealt with by Mr. A. A. McLachlan, S.M., at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court .at Greymouth yesterday. Albert. Wootton and Frank Rowe were each fined 10s and costs 10s, on charges of riding unlighted bicycles during the hours of darkness. James Steel, charged with incorrect parking in Mawhera Quay, was fined 10s and costs 10s. A juvenile charged with riding an unlighted bicycle during the hours of darkness had the charge dismissed on his paying court costs 10s. WARDEN’S COURT. Only one application was dealt with at a sitting of the Warden's Court, before Mr. A. A. McLachlan. Warden. James William Augustus O’Donnell applied for an extended sea beach claim, 2 acres, Block 11, Te ’"iko S.D. —Recommended to the Minister of Mines for consent.
