Soviet Legation bombed in Finland
HELSINKI, May 17. A bomb was thrown through a second floor window at the Soviet Legation here on Thursday night. It started a fire in a room next to the one n which the Russian Minister works. The flames were extinguished. Two youths were reported to have been, arrested last night. A "Times” correspondent at Helsinki says Soviet authorities gave the Finnish police three days in which to find the bomb offenders 1 .
