RUGBY FOOTBALL FIVE WEST COAST NOMINEES FOF N.Z. TRIALS
Five West Coast players, including three backs and two forwards, have been nominated to represent the West Coast Rugby Union in the trial match to be played at Christchurch on May 14 to assist in the selection of the New Zealand team to tour Australia. They are:— E. G. Walker, Hokitika (fiveeighth or three-quarter). J. Lindbom, Greymouth (fullback). Muir, South Westland (fiveeighth). W. Butler. Greymouth (lock forward). D. Haddock, Hokitika (side-row forward).
