LONDON, April 14. A hole three feet in diameter was made above the waterline in the hull of the battleship Nelson, When she was involved in a slight collision with the submarine Sceptre in a fog in Portland harbour. The Nelson was secured to a buoy when the mishap occurred. The Sceptre buckled her’ bow plates. There were, no casualties. The Sceptre, which has never been in the "foreign service, is known as “H.M.S. Stay at Home.”
