BOOKMAKING CHARGES BISBORNE, Feb. 21. Fines totalling £125 were imposed by the Magistrate, Mr E. L. Walton, at Gisborne to-day on three men charged with bookmaking. Malcolm John Owen was fined £59 Sydney Julius Franks was fined £35 and John Robertson Grant £45.
